Click here for more information CULINARY AND WINE EDUCATION For a fun social time and to increase your knowledge of the culinary and wine world,  we offer a wide variety of classes given by various local and international chefs and speakers.   24 hour advance reservations prior to any class are a must.  Cassoulet also offers teambuilding workshops or can organize unique classes for your club, business or even assist you to host a celebration for a special individual or event.  If you are interested in a particular class but it does not fit into your schedule, decide on a date that is good for you and five friends and we'll do our best to facilitate your special culinary session.
